Quotes

A quote we send you is valid for 30 days from issue, unless we state otherwise in writing. We may need to revise a quote if the scope changes after a site visit, if access or conditions differ materially from what was described, or if disposal facility prices change beyond our reasonable control. Any revision will be sent in writing for your acceptance before the work continues.

Licensing and compliance

We are licensed in Queensland for the asbestos work we accept and hold current public liability and workers compensation insurance. Licence and insurance details are available on request and are stated in our quote documents. We carry out asbestos removal work in accordance with the Safe Work Australia Code of Practice — How to Safely Remove Asbestos and Chapter 8 of the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011 (Qld).

Site conditions

You confirm that you have the right to authorise work on the property, or that you've obtained authorisation from the owner / body corporate / tenant as required. You'll provide safe site access during the work and disclose anything reasonably relevant to safe work — known services, structural issues, occupants with health considerations, restricted access times.

Payment

Payment terms for specific jobs are set out in the quote and invoice. We may require a deposit for jobs above a threshold stated in the quote. Overdue accounts may attract interest at a reasonable rate and we may recover reasonable collection costs.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this website is limited to the re-supply of services or refund of fees paid for the relevant service. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
