Frequently asked questions

What does it cost to remove asbestos? +
Pricing depends on the material, location, and access. Sheet removal is generally costed per square metre; asbestos demolition is costed by scope. We quote in writing once we've seen the site or photos.
Are you insured and compliant? +
Yes — we carry full public-liability insurance and run every job to the relevant Safe Work Australia Code of Practice and the Work Health and Safety Regulation. Our crews are experienced in both friable and non-friable asbestos work, and every job is backed by written documentation.
Can I remove asbestos myself? +
In Queensland, a homeowner can legally remove up to 10sqm of non-friable asbestos from their own home — but it's not recommended. The risk and disposal cost usually outweigh the professional-removal saving, and any error has long-term health consequences.
What documentation do I get? +
A written control plan before work starts, a clearance certificate after removal, and disposal receipts from the licensed waste facility. This is the paperwork councils, builders, and insurers ask for.
Which areas do you service? +
Brisbane, Ipswich and Logan — including Northside, Southside, CBD, Bayside, Redlands, Ipswich, and Logan suburbs.
